I'm lucky in that I have an office with a door - so I can close it when he's fussy, to nurse, etc. I'm also only taking him once a week, on days when I don't have meetings. A new mama advocated for such a policy about 7 years ago, and brought her son to work every day for a few months. It's thanks to her efforts that I'm able to bring Axel.

Thanks for commenting on my boy's cuteness!

Also, very lucky that your baby can be happy in a sling. Neither one of mine liked it in there.

He has dimples! So cute.

Glad to hear that it worked out. My daughter has been coming to work with me (everyday!) since she was 3 months old. She is almost 3 now. There were days where I thought they would send us both packing but I am lucky there is only one other person in the office with me and we have adjusted through all her phases. It really is a mixed blessing to be able to bring her to work.
