Although there is a rambunctious pre-toddler who waddles everywhere sometimes pulling his wagon or pushing his mower or playschool bus, there is some heavy snoozing going on.
Dogs and foster care. There does not seem to be a bias against foster homes with dogs. They cover that issue during the home study including making sure that family pets receive rabies vaccinations.

I do have a question--Did you have a harder time getting "vetted" as adoptive parents because of the dogs? I know some insurance companies won't even insure homeowners who have certain breeds of dogs (pits, rottweilers, etc..) I wondered if the foster care system/adoption agencies would be more wary of doing placements in homes with large dogs because of the (admittedly very small) risk of aggression?
