Here's a quick little project that you and your kids can make that will not only kill time, it might actually look great on your dining room table. With a few extra components from the craft store, you're ready to make something that might even qualify as "sophisticated".
I'm imagining a whole row of identical flowers spaced down a long table or mantle, or a grouping of "vases" of various sizes. Time to start saving empty cans.
