Clowns around the world plan to converge on Washington DC and stage a unicycle-powered protest challenging the recent study that erroneously claims that kids share a universal hatred of the colorful face-painted silly circus characters. The clowns plan to begin their march immediately and hope to reach Washington by spring.
"Kids love us!" shouted Cuddles the Clown, brandishing a honking bicycle horn and balancing a bucket of confetti menacingly on one fingertip. "I don't know what the [deleted] they're talking about! It's a clear-cut case of prankster prejudice and buffoon bigotry!"
Buttons the Clown explained it this way: "Kids are afraid of everything, even dogs and spiders. It's obviously their parent's fault and the [deleted] little [deleted] need to be given a good [deleted]!"
Kinky the Clown simply stroked his red nose suggestively.
The clown community around the world is definitely hot under the floppy polka-dot collar. There's no word yet how this will affect over 250,000 relieved sick kids whose hospital visits will be postponed while the outraged clowns unicycle toward Washington to protest this discrimination.
Meanwhile, keep those emails in support of clowns coming. Last count there were three.
