I have a very low tolerance for stuff in my very small house. And by "stuff" I mean anything that isn't useful or attractive or low-maintenance. The tricky bit is balancing my need to throw stuff out with my oldest kid's need to hoard stuff like a squirrel on speed.
A few years ago, I went through a CD purge. No, not the discs. I just tossed all of the jewel cases because they took up too much space and wouldn't stay upright. Now all of my CDs live in binders. So far, the system has worked, mostly because I almost never buy any new music. My house is the place to come if you want to hear all of the New Wave quasi-hits of the '80s.
Anyway.
I wish I'd had this list in front of my when I was pondering what to do with all of the now empty cases I had stacks of. You still have time to save yourself, however. Use this knowledge for good.
