Soon, soon, those little boogers who call you "mom" (or "dad" or "father" or "Sue") will be back in your house all day. My solution is to put them to work making cheap tennis shoes and sweeping the cinders out of the fireplace. You, however, may want to do something a little more wholesome. Here's a thought.
Using this tutorial from Geninne's Art Blog, carve some rubber stamps with the boogers. Then, once carved, go on a letterboxing expedition. Letterboxing combines treasure hunting with art in a completely satisfying way -- and I know because, when I let my little sweat shop workers take breaks, letterbox hunting is something we do together. Almost every area has at least one trail to follow.
Now I must go crack the whip. This is not a metaphor. Production is off because my youngest worker bee keeps trying to take naps.
