Summer is here. Woo. In addition to scorching temps and hourly sunscreen applications, most of us suddenly have more kids underfoot once school lets out. It's enough to bring a mother (or father) down.
While my favorite form of kid-related stress release involves opening the freezer, sticking my head in and screaming very loudly, CNN/Parents magazine have ginned up a list of tips that may be more helpful. Or, at the very least, more socially acceptable.
If all else fails, just remember that fall isn't far behind.
