Billy Ray, he of the ever expanding soul patch, made his first public statements about his daughter Miley’s photo shoot debacle on the ‘Today’ show. And artfully enough, he was able to employ a poop metaphor.
According to Billy Ray, he was as surprised as everyone else to see Miley’s revealing photos, but figured there was little to be done about it.
My dad always told me the more you stomp in poop, the more it stinks. so I was just, 'OK, this happened. We got to deal with it.'"
When asked why he then posed shirtless with his daughter draped on top of him in a midriff baring top, Billy said "I'm sorry, if I offended somebody. That's just a daddy who loves his daughter a whole lot." I don’t think your helping your cause here, Billy.
