Super Foam-erator inventor (and Felt Goddess) Betz White is a genius. With just the top of a water bottle and a washcloth she has made a toy that will fascinate one and all.  You might want to make more than one, if you have enough of the components on hand.

The Super Foam-erator might even be a decent substitute for sparklers -- or a good way to extinguish those that have gotten out of control. Be safe out there!
