That HAS to be an endocrine problem. No way a kid could do that to themselves, nor a parent. This isn't a lifestyle thing - this is medical.

Poor child - I hope they can get the right therapies for him soon... I agree - it must be physically impossible for a child to be that large due to bad (too much) nutrition in a short eleven months.  The mama is teeny...
