Oh yeah. You read that correctly. This is an ENORMOUS child.

According to NBCSanDiego.com, his mother said that, "he started growing after he was two months old." Doctors think he may have an endocrine problem but they're not sure and are doing more tests.

Here are some photos. Wow. Poor kid.

Poor kid?  Poor mom!  At least he doesn't yet understand the harsh criticism and just plain rude comments I'm sure she's hearing.

That HAS to be an endocrine problem. No way a kid could do that to themselves, nor a parent. This isn't a lifestyle thing - this is medical.

Poor child - I hope they can get the right therapies for him soon... I agree - it must be physically impossible for a child to be that large due to bad (too much) nutrition in a short eleven months.  The mama is teeny...
