Levi Johnston – Bristol Palin’s Fiancé Speaks Out

Posted by SunnyChanel

In an interview with the Associated Press, the 18-year-old “Wasilla heartthrob” Levi Johnson, who’s engaged to Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol, chatted about his relationship, his life and his upcoming child (hinting that it will be a boy). He says that his upcoming nuptials won’t be a “shotgun wedding” and that they always intended in marrying. Levi admits he was “a little shocked” when he found out that Bristol was knocked up, but he “quickly embraced the prospects of fatherhood”. To prep for his new life and responsibilities, he dropped out of high school and is now working at the North Slope oil fields.

After suddenly being thrust into the national spotlight, the “soft spoken” teen talked to a reporter to set the record straight on a myriad of topics. Here is Levi Johnston on…

On MySpace:
His MySpace page that stated “I’m a …redneck” and that “I don’t want kids” was a joke played by his friends and that they put it together and he had nothing to do with it.

On his relationship with Bristol:
• "We both love each other. We both want to marry each other. And that's what we are going to do." He has dated Bristol since he was a high school freshman.

On hobbies:

He loves to hunt and has “bagged bears, sheep, elk, and caribou”.

On his tattoo:
Bristol had given him a promise ring a while back but he lost it while hunting. He opted to get her name tattooed on his finger so that, he thought he just lose another ring.

On Obama:
"I don't know anything about him. He seems like a good guy. I like him."

As long as you're white, christian, and politically connected there are no negative consequences for a teen father.

Does anybody really believe he didn't build that Myspace page? Puh-leeze. Sounds like he's gathering a few tips on lying with a smile from his new mother in law.

Wow, that interview was a long time coming. Apparently, it takes the McCain team longer to teach him what to say than it took them to teach Palin...

Wow.  Sounds like you all must have had your lives perfectly, maturely together at 18.  No mistakes for this crowd!  What might your NATIONALLY broadcasted interviews have sounded like at 18?  Something you might have cringed about years later?  Of course not, right...

He was SHOCKED! Of course he was! That's what abstience only education gets you - knocked up kids who still aren't quite sure how the heck it all happened.

Looks like he "bagged" more than elk, to me.
