I hate running out of Halloween candy too. I mean, who wants to be known as the house on the block that didn't buy enough to go around. Still, I think as a good-neighbor policy, people shouldn't go dipping into the drug stash just make the kids happy.
Something like that happened to a 7-year-old boy in Minnesota.
Among the Snickers and Laughy Taffy was a $200 bag of crystal meth and $85 in cash. While the boy was out trick-or-treating with his 9-year-old sister, some teen ran by, asked him if he wanted some candy, and dropped it in the kid's Halloween pumpkin.
The parents suspected it was meth and called police. They think the teen may have been fleeing the police after an assault had been reported in the area.
