They did it! The Duggars actually managed to think of an 18th name that starts with the letter J! Oh and while they were at it, Mama Duggar popped out their 18th child. This morning Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar welcomed their daughter Jordyn-Grace Makiya into the world. She joins siblings Joshua, 20; 18; Jill, 17; Jessa, 16; Jinger, 14; Joseph, 13; Josiah, 12; Joy-Anna, 11; Jeremiah, 9; Jedidiah, 9; Jason, 8; James, 7; Justin, 6; Jackson, 4; Johannah, 3; and Jennifer, 1.
Baby Jordyn came in at 7 pounds, 3 ounces and at 20 inches long. She was delivered via Cesearian Section. This was Michelle’s third C-section and was necessary because the baby was transverse.
Everyone is doing well, which shouldn’t be surprising since they’ve had lots and lots and lots of practice. About the new addition to the family daddy Duggar said she was “The ultimate Christmas gift from God… she’s just absolutely beautiful, like her mom and her sisters.” He also added that they’d love to have more. Can’t he let his wife get even a days rest? Geez!
