Oops! Someone forgot to pay their mortgage, looks like they were too busy paying for fertility treatment instead. According to legal documents filed earlier this month, the Suleman family hasn’t paid their mortgage in TEN months. The home is owned by Suleman’s mother, where the entire brood lives, and they owe $23,224.98 in past due payments. The company that has the mortgage has filed a “Notice of Default and Election to Sell Under Deed of Trust” on Febuary 5th. Or a pay up now or you are out on the street, pal.
I’m sorry, but if you can’t pay a mortgage on the house your family resides in, then choosing to impregnate yourself with not one but with the chance of multiples then your priorities are way way screwy. And the timing couldn’t be worse, right? That means that they stopped paying the mortgage and then went and got knocked up with the destiny of more mouths to feed, cloth, and house. Wouldn’t one in that situation do something sane like wait or delay or just not add more kids to the mix?
