Go WINGS!! Yeah, sorry, to most of the rest of the country this could not be less of a story, but here in Detroit (and probably Chicago and Pittsburgh as well) there’s not a bigger story than the Red Wings clinching the National Hockey League Western Conference Championship.

Also, another genius mom blamed a black man for kidnapping them, in order to cover up their own shady doings. Cops didn’t seem to believe Bonnie Sweeten’s claim that two black men had kidnapped her and her daughter and were holding them in the trunk of their car, and the two were found in Florida and returned to Upper Southampton, near Philadelphia.
