I've talked before
about how I feel about huge swaths of cloth covering up babies and
errant breasts during public breastfeeding, and although I can
understand that there are times in some moms' lives when they're more
comfortable covering up than just whipping it out like Maggie,
there's nothing you can tell me about the MoBoleez Breastfeeding Hat that's gonna make me
want one. Or refrain from breaking out into laughter if I ever see one.
Seriously.
A hat? Not just any hat, no. This is a huuuuge hat that your baby
wears, so huge that it completely covers you and any potential random
nip flash. Not to mention anyone sitting within 6 feet of you. Trust Canadians to come up with something so...genteel.

I out of line here? Would you wear this? Or, correction, would you make
your baby wear it?I know that mama's got to do what mama's got to do
sometimes, and if wearing a humongous hat is what it takes to be able
to nurse in public then so be it, but is this better than a huge
blankety thing? It's certainly easier to haul around. But...a hat? A big, floppy hat? It
reminds me of the front door decoration of a bunch of old ladies.
