  A doctor who has specialized in sex selection at his fertility clinics in Los Angeles and New York has announced a new offering to clients: hair and eye color selection. Dr. Jeffrey Steinberg plans to use in vitro fertilization, combined with preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) to select for embryos with desirable traits.  He offers an 80% probability of delivering parents' choices. • Couple Dump Twins at Hospital for Being the Wrong Sex

  I think these people don’t qualify for the "10 Ways You're a Great Parent" list.  A couple from Birmingham, England dumped their twin daughters at a British hospital because they were girls. The couple, 59 (!) and 72 (!!), traveled to India for fertility treatment and conceived the babies via IVF.
