• Texas CPS head resigns

  Interesting little twist in the FLDS/Texas CPS case: Carey Cockerell, the head of the agency, announced that he is retiring. The interesting part is that the press release announcing the news makes no mention of the now-infamous seizing of 400+ children from the Polygamy Compound a few months ago, which is the only reason that most news outlets would pick up this story.
