It's one of only two states that won't allow parents to use religion
as an excuse to avoid vaccinating their kids, and now West Virginia is
facing a lawsuit from a mom who says she doesn't want her six-year-old
daughter to receive the shots.
Jennifer Workman says it's a "sacrilege"
to expect her to vaccinate her daughter. But wouldn't you know, this
so-called religious excuse is coming from a mom who claims vaccines
cause autism.
