The lovely Liv Tyler, model, actress and mom to 2 year-old Milo, says becoming a mom helped her let go of her negative body image.
"I've been on a diet my whole life..." she said. "But once I gave birth, I didn't want to think about myself or feel
insecure...; I wanted to think about my child. So I
stopped worrying about diets."
Liv went on a 2 year hiatus following her son's birth, and called the experience "transformational," [because] "getting pregnant and caring for a baby gave me a
confidence I'd never had before. I really felt I'd done something well,
and I can't say that about anything else in my life."
I don't know if it's motherhood, or just growing older, but I definitely see my body in a more positive way than ever before. What about you?
