You
know how it goes: One minute you are hosting a birthday party for your
kid, and the next thing you know, you are in a fistfight with another
mom. Two mothers are going to court soon over a tussle at a party at Chuck E. Cheese.
I'm pretty sure part of the defense strategy will be, "Your Honor,
there are mitigating circumstances to consider. After all, my client
was at Chuck E. Cheese, and I doubt anyone has spent time there and not
wanted to strike someone."
