  CBS News sent correspondent Steve Hartman into the field to ask people if they thought his baby was cute. But Steve did something tricky: he used a distorted image of his offspring (not the image at the right; that's Baby-faced Finster from Bugs Bunny). The idea was to see if anyone would say, "Dude, what an ugly kid." Of course, no one did. • Three kids that play guitar way better than you

  Well, unless you're Slash or something. They definitely play better than me. Not only that, they have pretty solid taste in music. The Beatles, Ozzy Osbourne, Santana -- no Miley or Jonas Brothers for these guys. Flipping through YouTube, there appear to be dozens of kids who play incredibly well. • Hello Kitty Goes High Fashion in Vogue

  One of the problems with being a loveable icon of cuteness is it's hard to bust out of that mold and be taken seriously as a model. • B is for Beer that's Good Enough for Me

  A lot of my good friends are either currently pregnant or just had a baby. Most of the time I think I am so glad I will never have to be pregnant again, but every once in a while I will see something that makes me want another baby. Here is one of those things. It's a B is for Beer t-shirt! It is as if it was made just for my children. Sadly, the largest size is 24-36 months, so while my kids must go without, if you are one of my pregnant friends you know what to expect for your shower gift. She Twisted Twee stuff they sell at Baby Dagny is pricey, but really cool. If you are on a tighter budget, but you still want all of the other parents on the playground to know about your love for alcoholic beverages, you can get this great martini onesie from Etsy. This one is only $10. Buy this stuff while your kids are little people. Once they get to be two or so they fight you and they get to decide what to wear. • A Word About Easter Chicks: Don't

  I've been hearing since I was little about what a bad idea it is to give chicks and ducklings to kids as Easter gifts.  So why is it, I wonder, that someone somewhere out there must not be getting the same memos that I have been all these years, because I ran across this article stating concern about the potentially deadly link between those cute little chicks, kids, and salmonella poisoning.  Salmonella causes an infection that typically results in diarrhea, fever, and cramps, with most people recivering without treatment in a few days.   Okay, ready?  Time to make some toys!  All you need is your computer, a printer, some heavy matte paper, and some double-sided tape.  Got all that?  Oh, and you need maybe 10-15 minutes to build it. Okay?  Let's go!
