Truffles sound like they'd be really complicated to make, but the
truth is, they couldn't be simpler. In fact, there are only two
ingredients: chocolate and heavy cream. Melt them together, roll them
into balls, toss them in some cocoa powder (okay, three ingredients),
and you're good to go.
These truffles are perfect for Valentine's
Day because, well, they're truffles. But more importantly, they're
homemade. It won't cost you much more than $5 to make several dozen,
which would run you $100 or more at a fancy chocolate store.
