Just in time for Labor Day weekend, the Fun Police have yet another thing that's devastatingly bad for our kids: hot dogs.

seriously, did anyone think they were health food? What with the fat
and the salt and the nitrates and nitrites and God knows what else? No,
at least I hope not. But the Cancer Project, a pro-vegetarian group
whose spokesman is Dr. Neal Barnard, founder of the Physician's
Committee for Responsible Medicine, is taking on the dog.
