I
was having a conversation with another parent this weekend, and we both
agreed that our children NEVER… STOP… TALKING. I guess they stop when
they sleep. But it's also possible that they just don't do it when I'm
in the room.
Anyway, we all agreed that there are times, no
matter how cute and wonderful they are, when you just want them to BE
QUIET for a few (dozen) minutes. Hence the question, have you ever
actually told your children to "shut up" or used the stronger "shut the
hell up"?
