Look,
I am no fan of cigarette smoking, and it's not allowed in my house -
which means my mother, who visits every couple of months from Florida,
has to huddle on the front porch during the long winter months to get
her fix.
Still, I'm not sure how I feel about the New York City
couple who sued their neighbor, Galila Huff, claiming her cigarette
smoke spread into the hallway of their apartment building, making it
"smell like a casino," and endangering the health of their son.
