  FOX News is all over the story of a 550-pound woman giving birth to a healthy baby in Russia today.  Doctors at Moscow's Maternity Clinic Number 8 were, as the news story says, patting themselves on the back for delivering the healthy baby of a woman "whose weight would normally preclude conception," according to the docs. • Intercountry Adoption Figures Fall in 2007
