Every
year, there are all these arcane questions on the ballot: voters are
asked to decide whether city officials should issue more reports, or
how often the grass in city parks should be mowed- usually things the
average voter cares nothing about.
This November, however,
voters in San Francisco will have the opportunity to decide this
question: Should the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant be renamed . . .
