• Paging NY State Education: It Snows There

  Did you know it snows in New York State?  That makes two of us. Now would someone send a memo to the New York State Education Department? For as long as I can remember (I've lived in this state on and off since birth - so we're going back a ways), parents have been pitching fits every January when the snow flies and the state administered final exams are canceled.
