The epic Battle of the Dolls -- otherwise known as the trial over who really owns the concept for Bratz, Mattel or MGA Entertainment -- is getting 
underway in California. And some of the proceedings are already providing fodder for comedy.
Yesterday,
a judge ruled that lawyers can present evidence that shows Carter
Bryant, the creator of Bratz and a former Barbie designer for Mattel, erased files from his computer a few months after Mattel sued him.
The best part? He deleted the files by using a program called ... wait
