The New York Times has settled a lawsuit with Vicki Iseman, the
blond lobbyist who looked a lot like Cindy that the paper all but
claimed John McCain was having an affair with. There was a lot of
outrage after the story ran in February and the claims that his
relationship with her posed a conflict of interest never gained
traction. Though no money changed hands in the suit -- which the Times
is quick to point out -- both sides are claiming victory. The Times has given Iseman's lawyers space on the paper's website to make a statement.
But McCain's daughter is not letting her father -- or the GOP -- off so easily.
