"He's hungry for a full meal about every hour because of his rapid
metabolism," Dana Hoekstra said. "He's already eating me out of house
and home."&amp;nbsp; Liam's adoptive parents face a real challenge dealing with his Myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy, essentially a super-fast metabolism.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As if toddlers weren't difficult and hungry enough.&amp;nbsp; If toddlers don't maintain sufficient body fat, brain growth can be negatively impacted.&amp;nbsp; But the Hoekstras have an admirable attitude.
