When they are not used to getting it, it might take awhile. My children liked eating cut up fruits and veggies. Just take the time, it doesn't take that much and the benifits are worth the time taken. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Although I have been guilty of buying my kids a box or two of Spongebob cereal or fruit snacks, everything in moderation.&lt;/p&gt;
