My son was over-tired and emotional, as was I, and he was predictably cranky. A passenger in front of us spent the whole flight complaining to the flight attendants and berating us for my son's behaviour. It certainly wasn't an indulgent vacation trip, and both of us would have rather been elsewhere. Me three! The guy's a total unrealistic ass! Many of us have no option other than to drag babies on planes. What he doesn't know -- because he probably NEVER TRAVELED WITH HIS CHILDREN WHEN THEY WERE YOUNG (at least not without their mother) -- is that that crying kids' parents were sweating bullets the &nbsp;minute the cabin door closed until the minute it opened again at the other end.</p> <p>Truly sorry your flight was so bad, Chuck. Travelling doesn't always entail a vacation! Sometimes it's necessary to see extended family for a variety of reasons! In today's society, we are portable. Why should children under a certain not be portable with their parents?
