when i first saw the pic of the two girls next to each other and the headline i looked at them and couldnt figure out which one was the "not as cute" one.

I'm dying to know what they told the poor little "ugly" girl about the reason for the switch? Because you know 7 year olds are just so understanding about such things. So sad.

Aw hell. I hate it too. But at least it explains (yet again) why my own mother (Chinese) has been such a FREAK about perfection - relating to appearance in particular - my entire life. Seriously - she would see nothing wrong with this decision. She (my mother) is a perfect looking lady of a certain age. Me? Not so much.
