I wonder if the airforce has orders to shoot down highjacked babies given they might shoot down kidnapped airplanes.

Sometimes people spread viruses (virii?) for bragging rights, but sometimes there's money involved. Certain bits of nasty code can turn your computer into a spam-server, which in theory makes money for someone. Just never open an attachment. This one, even though I knew it was bull (because I could see my kid) got to me.

This is evil! I can't believe that someone would really stoop so low to pass around a virus. I never understood the point of passing around viruses anyway -- it's not like they make any money for the creators...or do they?

Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one getting these! They've been creeping me out all week. Rationally I know they're spam, but they still give me the willies...

It's scary to think that someone somewhere actually wrote that. I don't expect much from my personal spam writers, but this is a new low.
