But, Cassie, even you have to admit it - the 90s were FUN! Remember the old Levert song? "Can we get 'em back? Aaah, yes we can! Can we get 'em back? The good old days!". DH and I could NOT stop singing that song lasnight:)

Just once I would like to hear them speak without a prepared speech. Everytime Obama opens his mouth I feel sleepy. He is soooo boring! Bill is still pretty but Hillary has some big plans, you just wait. The exciting 90's are gone. The 90's we were a nation at peace, making money by speculation, houses were huge and cheap and gas was cheap. Our economy is so far in the toilet today there is no quick way out, so get used to it. We are involved in 2 wars and may go for a third or fourth very soon. No amount of optimism or hope will change that. DoublePlusUngood. Hard work, higher taxes if you want more healthcare and bigger deficits await us all. During the Depression Hoover refused to face facts and let the economy get worse. Instead they promoted feeling good, opitmism and hard work. In the end taxes and WWII got us out of the hole.
