Hmm, that first comment was a little insensitive. If there is "Something/one" watching over, surely s/he does take into account that some moments are more vulnerable than others, and some lives are in more vulnerable places.

That is an amazing and heart warming story, but I am not entirely sure if being autistic has anything to do with it. Whoever watches over our children in desperate times, hopefully watches over them developmental disorder or not. Thank goodness that both the father and his son made it back into eachothers arms.
