These behavior problems are only going to be aggrivated by the fact that they have now been abandoned. &amp;nbsp;But at least these children now have a chance (hopefully) to find a home where they are loved (instead of living in one where their caregivers felt they couldn't handle them.) Sad.&lt;/p&gt;

What could possibly be crueler?&lt;/p&gt;
