&lt;p&gt;This driver had no business having his kids up there with him. &amp;nbsp;I think the MBTA needs to have a serious reevaluation of their policies/employees...the lives of millions of people riding the trains daily are in their hands. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
