Sadly, I don't believe for a moment that parenting classes would do someone like that one lick of good. you either have a sense for the bounds of kinds and cruelty, or you don't. She doesn't. I hope they take her baby away, now.

This woman is not only stupid, she's cruel. I feel terrible for those dogs and fear for her baby. No decent human being could do that to their pets.

It is a good thing it was not hot. Dogs cannot sweat so they exhale heat from thier mouths. There have been many cases of dogs dying from heat exhaustion or stroke when they had their mouths taped shut. There sure are a lot of stupid people in the world.
