it could turn out to be some foul representation of what they are adding to landfills?! Artistic protest? I don't know but I'd be so paranoid about the entire amount coming back to me at once after it's festered over this time!! Ugh, totally gross!

This makes almost no sense - unless, were they cloth diapers? Not that that really makes sense either, but I suppose you could theorize someone wanted to use the cloth (though wouldn't it be easier to snag something out of a goodwill bin, especially if you have enough cash for gas?) I'm so curious to know what motivates diaper-snatching!
