You can quote as many sugar coated stories about people living with paralysis as you like, the fact remains, the media never present the bleak realities and those who seem to be ok with it really are not being honest with themselves. Society does not allow them to be for one. I know that a cure for spinal cord injury is not far away though and just wish he'd held on.&lt;/p&gt;

I don't know if suicide was the right choice for him, but I can't help but wonder if it was too soon after the accident to make that type of decision. &lt;/p&gt;
