&lt;p&gt;Now the spa package???? I don't even spend that much on my husband, much less as a tip for an employee. &lt;/p&gt;

Do you really want a disgruntled babysitter? Plus, once the economy gets better, this person will have more options and will most likely not want to work with you if they have someone else who can hire them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are many more ways to save before this.&lt;/p&gt;
