But what WERE those gifts? Must have been some spectacular stuff to be worth risking his political career and legacy for. Right? Eh, no. But a second-order friend of mine (friend of a friend) works in an art gallery, and she told this story where they recently discovered that no one had ever run a credit card through the machine correctly (when she charged some customer ten times too much - don't worry, she fixed it!) so that people who were spending routinely in the thousands (like, $10K) for art hadn't been charged SINCE LAST YEAR. &nbsp;I would like to think that if I were filthy rich enough to spend more than the cost of school supplies on a piece of artwork, I could afford to hire someone to manage my money who would notice that I had an outstanding bill for a #*()&amp;$# of money. &nbsp;Right?</p>
