Yeah, the whole legalized prostitution thing is a much bigger issue. But the law is the law, or so I thought.

Interesting question about the male hooker and the female "John" (Jane?). I don't know of any cases where that happened.

I always go back and forth on the issue of legalization, myself. But I can't help but be suspicious, as a woman, of a policy that says - penalize the women who are making their livelihoods this way, but not the privileged (largely white) males who are equally guilty. It does take two to tango, and to break the law here (and adultery is still illegal in some states, actually.)

I can't help but wonder - if you had a male prostitute that women patronized, wouldn't they be charging the clients then?
