So maybe if I sue my neighborhood vegetarian restaraunt, they will have to serve me a steak? This is one of the all-time dumbest things I have ever heard of. E-Harmony sucks for settling this case and giving in to such a meritless lawsuit.

Was this ruling based on a NY State anti-discrimination law?

Not that I don't agree with Bunny, but it's nice to see e-harmony kicked in the pants. Next up: "Sandals" resorts, which ban gay couples (while taking money from same-sex headed families at their "beaches" resorts).

While I'm all for letting gay folks do anything they like, I have trouble imagining why they would want to use eHarmony when there are so many other dating sites out there that aren't run by creepy evangelicals.
