Please feel free to share your opinion about the topic as much as you want -- but acting like I'm an irresponsible blogger for calling 398 "nearly 400" is just silly.

It's 398 health centers (not 400). The article NEVER refers to those 398 servicing 34% of the nation's student population. The article does say that 48% of the 398 colleges surveyed refer to these "pregnancy centers." So, that means 191.04 are referring. Of those referring, the article says 81% ALSO refer to facilities that provide birth control/abortion. SO...THAT MEANS THAT ONLY 36.3 OF THE 398 COLLEGES SURVEYED ARE LIMITING STUDENT'S CHOICES BY ONLY REFERRING TO THESE CENTERS! Hardly a number to be threatened by! By the way, there are 4096 colleges in the US (Chronicle of Higher Education) so it's HIGHLY UNLIKELY that the "400" colleges YOU refer to support 34% of the nation's college population. INVESTIGATE the FACTS and use your brain to intelligently think for YOURSELF instead of believing everything everyone tells you please!

The point is that these girls are being denied a fundamental human right of fair and non-biased medical care.

There is plenty creepy with making a cottage industry of preying on scared young women in order to fulfill a personal agenda, irregardless of the cost to their VICTIMS.

If you're not creeped out by people who claim to be people of faith telling blatant lies to vulnerable teenagers, I'm not sure what would creep you out. I mean, really - doesn't your religion demand truthfulness? Do the ends justify the means, and how far does that go?
