&lt;p&gt;And of course, if a woman has vaginoplasty in her adult life, like many trans women do, then she'll be in the same boat as an adult. &amp;nbsp;Perhaps that guy's wife is in this circumstance, and perhaps he assumes it's true for all women because she hasn't told him about it.&lt;/p&gt;
