When my son was very small, we just used that frame that you pop the car seat in. It happens to face backwards, but the only reason I used this is because of the convenience. (Being able to move the baby from home to car to stroller without disturbing his sleep!) When he was about 6 months old, I started getting some comments (from strangers of course) that he really should be in a regular, front-facing stroller by now.

Parents really are criticized no matter what we do. Why does our society does this is the big question, as far as I am concerned.

Now putting them in the stroller is showing them off as fashion accessories. Where exactly do "they" suggest I should put 14.3 pound two and half month old? I can't carry him all day and I doubt they want me to ever set him down either.

Somehow I get the sense that people who write these ads/ do these studies have never been around a baby in their lives. I'm not even sure they were one themselves.

Exactly how much time does this dumbass suppose the average child spends in his/her stroller? My little one was in hers maybe twenty minutes a day during nice weather, certainly not enough time to "impair" anything even if this "study" was anything but complete BS.
